Lets take an overview:

macOS Ventura brings stunning features to mac.

macOS Ventura brings features from iOS plus mac only features.

Let's start with the continuity camera. Continuity camera lets you use your iPhone as a webcam letting you get the camera quality and features of iPhone cameras. It also lets you have a desk view cam with the Ultra wide Camera.

macOS Ventura will also let you share tabs for say plannign a vacation.

Mail search is also now improved.

Stage Manager lets you group tabs so you can easily switch from one task to another.

And Apple is killing passwords with Passkeys which uses the built in biometirc sensors on your devices instead of your password so your account can never be phised or password stolen. They are currenlty working with the fido Alliance to make it a industry standard.
